Commissions

Turn a Meaningful Place or Home Into Original Art

Have a home or landscape you love?  Need a unique housewarming, moving or holiday gift?

I create custom commissioned paintings that turn your favorite photographs and memories into one-of-a-kind works of art.

House Portraits

Your Home. Your Story. Your Painting.

A home is where memories are made. A custom house portrait is a beautiful way to celebrate a first home, a longtime family home, a vacation property, or a place that holds special meaning.

Give a house portrait as a wedding, anniversary, closing, retirement, or housewarming gift—or commission one simply because you love your home.

Other Custom Paintings

Have Something Else in Mind?

Not every meaningful subject fits neatly into a category. A Gal’s Art can also create commissioned paintings of special places, landscapes, buildings, objects, or other subjects that have personal meaning to you.

Have an idea? Let’s talk about it.

The Commission Process

From Your Photograph to Your Finished Painting

1. Tell Me About Your Idea

Contact A Gal’s Art with details about what you’d like painted, along with any photographs or inspiration you have.

2. Choose Your Size & Style
We’ll discuss the painting size, subject, desired look, and any special details you’d like included.

3. Receive Your Quote
Once the details are finalized, you’ll receive a price for your custom painting and information about the expected timeline.

4. Approve the Commission
Once you’re ready to move forward, your commission will be added to the painting schedule and work will begin.

5. Watch Your Painting Come to Life
Your reference photos become the starting point for an original work of art created specifically for you.

6. Receive Your Finished Artwork
Once your painting is complete, arrangements will be made for pickup, delivery, or shipping, depending on your location.
